Good! he did have a way with him, and i think now that i will do a dozen or so of his best one-offs, and mix them in throughout the book. I think they show a deeper truth of who he really was. This one got a lot of response.

I agree, sometimes, it’s nice to take a break from the through-line of the actual story and see a slightly different angle.
That is what i am working on now… the story line chronologically, then the flashes as i review, and then wanting to bring the reader into this Person, who i am wanting to convey the Realness and Visceral feel of and with……..
